REMOTE IMAGING UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote imaging unit with high convenience which receives a call tone signal sent from a remote place via a communication line, photographing an image in real time in response to a received signal, and transmits the photographed image to a prescribed notice destination via the communication line, without adopting complicated combinations of devices. SOLUTION: In the remote imaging apparatus 2 mounted on a facsimile machine 1, a camera section 21 in an automatic recording mode, photographs an image when communication information received by a line I/F section 12 via the communication line is coincident with predetermined information.
