Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform field magnet proper for NMR, which has a port accessible from a direction other than a magnet axis to the field center. SOLUTION: A superconducting magnet device comprises a split type electromagnet 6 which the first superconducting coil block 4 and the second superconducting coil block 5 are arranged face to face with a gap and has an access port for making access from the gap to a measurement space in the field center. A region including a notch and defect made in the magnet-composing elements such as a coil former for placing the access port is constituted axisymmetrically by using a material with relative transmissivity of 1.000 to 1.002. By using the material with relative transmissivity of 1.000 to 1.002, an error magnetic field is reduced and a uniform field magnet can be provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
