Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for allowing easy search of articles stored in a storage enclosure, and provide its method. SOLUTION: The system comprises a tag detector, item tags and appearance data. A user selects a certain article to be searched, whereby he/she can search the appearance data corresponding to the selected article. So, the user can notice a package of articles to be searched. When the user requires detailed information, he/she operates the tag detector for inquiring about an item identifier built in the item tag. Furthermore, the amplitude of a response signal is used for determining the position of the selected article, and so the position is displayed together with the appearance data.
