SHUNTING PLAN CREATION DEVICE IN VEHICLE BASE, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shunting plan creation device in a vehicle base to efficiently create the shunting plan in the yard without depending on layout structure and the number of formations in the vehicle base. SOLUTION: A vehicle base layout network creation means 0111 creates vehicle base layout information from a track number and course definition information, a shunting sequence initialization means 0112 initializes the shunting sequence that is meta data grouping the shunting pattern from the sequence via the track number between the operation contents and the operation every formation based on the vehicle base layout network, the shunting pattern selection and time determination means 0113 selects the shunting pattern from the shunting sequence, and performs the processing determining the execution time for the whole formation of the target planning together, and creates a temporary solution of the shunting planning in yard, and a shunting sequence change means 0114 changes the shunting sequence with the vehicle base layout network so as to resolve competition of the track line and the course included in the obtained temporary solution.
