POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITE INJECTION-MOLDED PRODUCT AND ITS MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite injection-molded product enhanced in adhesion and airtightness while noticing an aspect capable of achieving stable moldability by widening a range capable of applying and developing a primary side resin composition and a secondary side resin composition. SOLUTION: A primary side molded product (1), which is obtained by injection-molding a primary side polyester resin composition with a softening start temperature of 100°C or below prepared by compounding 3-150 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler with 100 pts.wt. of a primary side polyester resin and cooled, is moved to a secondary mold and a secondary side polyester resin is injection-molded on the primary side molded product (1) to melt the contact surface with the secondary side polyester resin of the primary side molded product (1) while softening and pressing the whole of the primary side molded product (1) to obtain an integrated composite injection-molded product (3).
