MACHINING PROCESS MONITORING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a machining process monitoring system capable of selecting and reproducing an expert's machining condition set values optimum for the improvement of productivity. SOLUTION: The expert's machining set conditions that cannot be set in machining conditions of a machining program in initialization are acquired by setting the actual machining conditions set by the expert through a control panel 17 in a monitoring object facility 102, and the information is stored in a machining information DB 6 through a PLC part 1, an information collecting station 2, and the like. Both expert set machining conditions and initial machining conditions are displayed corresponding to the transition of an NC program to compare both machining conditions in a data comparing part 4. Both machining conditions are compared to select the machining conditions with high production machining efficiency, and the NC program is corrected by a correction processing part 5 to attain the conditions. Machining of high efficiency can be performed without the expert by carrying out machining according to the corrected NC program. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
