Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal molded product which can suppress the reduction of rigidity while suppressing contraction after molding. SOLUTION: The metal molded product has a flat plate portion 10a and rib portions 10b which are formed so as to be nearly perpendicular to the flat plate portion 10a and are formed in the longitudinal direction of the flat plate portion 10a. A cut-out portion 10c is formed on the rib portion 10b such that the depth of the cut-out portion 10c does not reach the flat plate portion 10a and a remaining wall portion 10d has remained.
