Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transparency and efficiency of a real estate management job such as a tender, order reception/placement or a report by a computer connected to a network. SOLUTION: A gateway computer 12 communicates with a maintenance agency computer 16 managed by a registered maintenance agency and a user computer 14 managed by a user via the network, exhibits the job allowing a user's tender request to the user computer 14 of a certain user, receives the job performed with the tender request from the user computer 14, exhibits a tender reception target job list to the registered maintenance agency capable of tendering, receives a tender processing request from the maintenance agency computer 16 receiving the exhibition of the list, selects the registered maintenance agency having a largest degree of coincidence of conditions, and transmits tender conclusion information to the user computer and the maintenance agency computer 16 of the selected registered maintenance agency.
