IMMUNITY MEASUREMENT METHOD, IMMUNITY MEASURING APPARATUS, AND REAGENT FOR MEASURING IMMUNITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, an apparatus, and a regent for simultaneously inspecting antigens and antibodies related to the same pathogen more easily by dispensing with the process of B-F separation required by a heterogeneous method. SOLUTION: The immunity measurement method is provided, where it comprises a process for preparing a sample for measurement by admixing a first carrier particle in which an antibody for the first antigen originating from the pathogen is sensitized, a second carrier particle in which the second antigen differing from the first antigen although it originates from the pathogen is sensitized, and a specimen; a process for detecting first and second optical information from the sample for measurement prepared in the process; a process for distinguishing the first carrier particle from the second one based on the first optical information detected in the process, and obtaining the degree of agglutination of the first carrier and that of the second carrier based on the second optical information; and a process for detecting the first antigen based on the degree of agglutination of the first carrier particle obtained by the process and detecting an antibody to the second antigen based on the degree of agglutination of the second carrier particle.
