Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing varnish composition having functions such as an ability to produce negative ions, mildewproofing properties and antimicrobial properties imparted thereto without deteriorating hue and texture of a substrate. SOLUTION: The printing varnish composition comprises (A) 100 pts. wt. of a printing varnish, (B) 1-30 pts. wt. of ceramic fine powder having the ability to produce the negative ions and further (C) a mildewproofing agent and/or (D) an antimicrobial agent.
