SOLUTION: This transparent cosmetic comprises the following ingredients (A), (B) and (C). (A) a cationic crosslinked copolymer obtained by carrying out radical polymerization of at least one kind of cationic group-containing vinyl monomer, at least one kind of amide group-containing vinyl monomer and at least one kind of a crosslinkable vinyl monomer having ≥2 vinyl groups in the molecule, (B) a terminal-modified or a side chain-modified polyether-modified silicone and (C) ≥70 mass% of water.
