SOLUTION: In the fine particle and the manufacturing method of the fine particle, a powdery raw material is fed to a solvent and stirred to make slurry 3a, the slurry 3a fed to a raw material supply apparatus 3 is sprayed in a plasma touch 2 to be made droplet, the slurry which is made droplet is introduced into thermal plasma flame 7 generated in the plasma touch 2 to vaporize the slurry to form a mixture in a gaseous state and the mixture formed by evaporating the slurry and being in the gaseous state is cooled in a chamber 4 to form the fine particle.
