PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a constitution of an immobilizer system unchanged as practical as possible when a smart keyless entry system is added to an immobilizer system, to easily perform confirmation of registration of key discrimination code and whether or not an engine is normally started in an assembling line or the like of an assembling factory for the vehicle even if a portable unit 2 is placed in a cabin, and to enhance convenience of an occupant. SOLUTION: When the detection number of the key discrimination code by a key discrimination code detection means (smart keyless entry control unit 5) for detecting the key discrimination code registered in a memory device 10a is less than the predetermined number, key discrimination code receiving control is preferentially performed to portable unit discrimination code receiving control. Whereas, when the detection number of the key discrimination code is the predetermined number or more, the portable unit discrimination code receiving control is preferentially performed to the key discrimination code receiving control.
