Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanting device for cartilage regeneration in various areas of load bearing properties which use the model of osteochondral deficiency. SOLUTION: The above-mentioned implant is formed of various polymeric materials of absorbency. This implant is designed so that a load is transmitted to the entire area of a costal subchondral bone of the platform through the implant from the specific articulating surface of a bone platform. By applying the load in this way, the reduced costal subchondral bone is absorbed. The joint is stabilized and the biomechanics of a normal joint is maintained. The above-mentioned implant is allowed to incorporate the specific supporting skeleton of absorbency or a matrix material therein. The implant eliminates the present impossibility of reproducing cartilage on various articulating surfaces of load bearing properties by using various engineered scaffold devices.
