Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device which is equipped with a series regulator such as an LDO(low drop out regulator), etc. and a switching regulator, and selectively switches both by the amount of a load current, and does not cause the ripple of output voltage at switching. SOLUTION: This power supply device performs switching immediately to an instruction of switching from the switching regulator to the series regulator, and starts the soft function of the switching regulator to an instruction of switching from the series regulator to the switching regulator, and cuts the output of the switching regulator off the output of itself until the signal reaches a specified value thereby making the output of the series regulator the output of itself, and switches the output of itself into the output of the switching regulator after the soft start signal reaches a specified value.
