Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, when a contacting member of a contact device is formed of conductive rubber, desired conduction performance may not be obtained because a crack is produced in the conductive rubber, or a granular conductive filler comes off from the conductive rubber. SOLUTION: The contacting part 28 of this contact device energized by an elastic member to be pressed against a contacting object 24 is formed of conductive rubber containing a conductive filler. In this case, a corner R (R≥0.1 mm) is formed on each edge 28e of a contacting surface to the contacting object 24, and JIS A hardness thereof is set to 60-95. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
