DEVICE AND METHOD FOR NOISE REDUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper noise suppression even when various background noises such as a bubble noise are present. SOLUTION: The noise reducing device 1 having an analysis part 2 which converts an input to a signal of a frequency region, a suppression part 3 which suppresses the signal, and a composition part 4 which composes a signal of a time region is equipped with a means 5 of estimating at least information to be made to correspond to a pure speech component except noise components in an input speech signal as speech information on which suppression gain calculation of a signal is based by using the output of the analysis part 2 and a means 6 of calculating a suppression gain corresponding to the outputs of the means 5 and analysis part 2 and supplying it to the suppression part 3.
