Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue sensor capable of realizing size reduction and high sensitivity. SOLUTION: This fatigue sensor is provided with a foil-like substrate 2, and a foil-like rupture piece 4 formed with a slit 8 extended from one widthwise side 6 perpendicular to a longitudinal direction toward the other widthwise side 7 in the central part 5 between both longitudinal end parts, the rupture piece 4 is joined on one surface 3 of the substrate 2 by welding intersection parts 13, 14 formed respectively between both longitudinal end faces 11, 12 and the one surface 3 of the substrate 2, the other surface 9 of the substrate 2 is fixed to a detected member 10, and a degree of fatigue damage of the detected member 10 is detected based on a crack development length developed from the slit 8.
