Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water bag easily transported and stored without requiring a space, easily injected with liquid without causing a liquid leakage, prevented from getting out of shape even if stacked while containing liquid, coping also with rugged topography, useful for supplying water in a disaster and rapidly serving as a sandbag to cope with the disaster. SOLUTION: This water bag for disaster prevention is formed by preparing a rectangular bag provided with an injection port and an air valve using a waterproof sheet, and forming a smooth upper surface while providing a bottom face with a plurality of suction cups to prevent dislocation of stacked bags. The bag is carried into a working site, and water is injected into the bag through a hose to prepare the water bag in place of the sandbag. Water is injected into the bags sequentially from a lower stage to an upper stage to prepare the bags filled with water up to the uppermost stage. A folded impervious sheet is laid on the ground, and the suction cups at the bottom faces of the water bags are suction-attached to the impervious sheet to stack the water bags, and the impervious sheet is folded from the front part of the water bags to the rear part and fixed. A block of water bags for disaster prevention can thereby be rapidly prepared to cope with water pressure or the like in case of a flood. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
