ELEVATOR OUTSIDE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator outside communication system reducing a load on a monitoring center separating information with urgency and information without urgency. SOLUTION: The elevator outside communication system comprises a control panel 1 controlling an elevator; an interphone 13 installed in a car; an interphone button 12 carrying out outside communication calling of the interphone 13; a door detecting device 10 detecting a state of a door of an elevator car; a monitoring device 2 connected to the control panel 1, the interphone 13, and the interphone button 12, and monitoring the elevator; a telephone line 3 connected to the monitoring device 2, the monitoring center 4 connected through the telephone line 3, and a call center 5 connected through the telephone line 3. When the interphone button 12 is operated while a door state detected by the door detecting device 10 is open, a telephone call by the interphone 13 is dialed and notified to the call center 5, and when the interphone button 12 is operated while the door state by the door detecting device 10 is close, the monitoring center 4 is dialed and notified.
