PICKLED RADISH SLICING PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slicing processor precisely slicing a pickled radish carried by a conveyor. SOLUTION: The sliced radish A is carried on the conveyor 1 on this pickled radish slicing processor by driving the conveyor 1. Each of the radishes A is raked in and sliced between a disc blade 3 and a lug rotor 2 vertically facing against each other. The carried pickled radish A is engaged and raked in a lug part of the lug rotor 2 before slicing by the disc rotor 3 is started, a slicing point of the sliced radish A is made not to be slipped or rapidly conveyed in the longitudinal direction and sliced while it is pushed toward the rotating disc blade 3 as a raking shaft 4 of the lug rotor 2 is at a position displaced L to the upstream side of a shaft 5 of the disc blade at this time.
