MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BOSS-ATTACHED CUP SHAPED COMPONENT AND ITS FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a boss-attached cup shaped component and a forming apparatus capable of forming the boss part of the boss-attached cup shape and the shoulder of the component, with high precision and high efficiency, by passing a roller once and reducing deformation of a disk-like base material. SOLUTION: The disk-like base material 1 is fixed on a mandrel 2 equipped with a boss guide 2A, a cup guide 2B and a shoulder guide 2E, the mandrel 2 is rotated around the axial line together with the disk-like base material 1. The boss part is formed by drawing by pressing a boss forming roller 60 to the disk-shaped base material 1 and moving it in the axial direction of the mandrel 2 along the boss guide 2A. The shoulder is formed by drawing by moving the boss forming roller 60 along the shoulder guide 2E, from the center in a direction orthogonal to the axial line of the mandrel 2.
