DEVICE FOR PREVENTING PAINT FROM SCATTERING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing a paint from scattering which prevents the residual paint from scattering when painting a surface to be painted of the vessel of a ship. SOLUTION: This device for preventing paint from scattering 10 is provided with a nozzle 42 installed to a device body 40 and ejecting the paint toward the surface to be painted and an air curtain forming part 44 installed to the device body 40 so as to enclose the surface to be painted and constituted of an air ejecting part 62 and an air sucking part 64, and forming the air curtain at the surrounding of the surface to be painted by sucking air ejected toward the surface to be painted from the air ejecting part 62 and the residue of the paint ejected from the nozzle 42 from the air sucking part 64.
