FIRE-PROOF/HEAT-PROOF LOOP AND HOOK FASTENER, AND FIRE-PROTECTION CLOTHES AND FIRE-PROTECTION EQUIPMENT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop and hook fastener which is excellent in flame-resistance, fire-resistance, heat-resistance, and workability due to its strong and lightweight properties, and composed of materials capable of keeping excellent physical properties and a high engaging strength during fire-fighting work. SOLUTION: This fire-proof/ heat-proof loop and hook fastener consists of a hook fastener having hook-shaped engaging elements on its woven cloth surface, and a loop fastener having loop-shaped engaging elements on its woven cloth surface. Those woven clothes, the hook-shaped engaging elements, and the loop-shaped engaging elements are made of heat-resistant / super powerful fibers, and those engaging elements woven or knitted into the woven clothes are coated with flexible epoxy resin.
