RADIO COMMUNICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for realizing communication control for enabling a radio terminal to surely restore a flow transmitted from a radio base station even if a flow is added or deleted in a radio communication system. SOLUTION: The radio communication apparatus comprises: a plurality of radio terminals; a means, that is a base station for exchanging data or sounds with the radio terminals, for obtaining a time to transmit communication information to the plurality of radio terminals and a parameter that specifies a cycle for transmitting the data and sounds; and a means for notifying the radio terminals of the transmission time and the parameter in a fixed cycle according to control information.
