PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of eliminating the need for prior transmission of control information when a photographing function of an imaging means provided in a communication apparatus such as a mobile phone is remotely controlled and capable of carrying out the remote control even when an existing conventional communication apparatus is used in the case that the imaging means is provided in the communication apparatus such as the mobile phone. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus 10 is configured to remotely control the photographing function of the communication apparatus 20 provided with the imaging section 22. Registration information 32 to identify the communication apparatus 10 is registered on the communication apparatus 20. In a call termination waiting state of the communication apparatus 20, when the arrival of a call for voice speech is detected from the communication apparatus 10 being a particular destination, a call termination detection section 31 transmits a command to a photographing control section 33 to control the photographing operation of the imaging section 22.
