Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head actuator assembly in which play is suppressed and which is therefore easily disassembled/repaired. SOLUTION: The assembly includes: a tape head assembly 30; a head feeding mechanism 40 performing coarse adjustment of a position of a magnetic head 31 by moving the tape head assembly up and down; and voice coil motors 51, 53 performing fine adjustment of the position of the magnetic head 31, wherein the tape head assembly has the magnetic head 31 extended vertically and a head holder 32 holding the magnetic head 31, a shaft 55a of a shaft member 55 being a supporting point is inserted into the head holder 32 so as to be disassemblable, and the head holder 32 has a fixing screw 73 for fixing the shaft 55a.
