Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce not only the "discoloration" or "fading" of a coating film in outdoor exposure, but also the "crack" and "peel off" of the coating film with high precision in a test for the accelerated deterioration of the coating film. SOLUTION: A test unit A of the accelerated deterioration test of the coating film is constituted of a first process 1 of acid immersion for immersing a specimen, in a solution with a PH of 1 and a temperature of 60°C for 1 hr and a second process 2 for applying light irradiation of a light irradiation quantity of 100 MJ/m2to the specimen from the light irradiation by high-energy xenon. In a second process 2, water spray and light irradiation are first applied to the specimen over 80 min, and only light irradiation is subsequently applied to the specimen at 73°C for over 60 min. In the second process 2, water spray and light irradiation performed over 80 min and light irradiation performed at 73°C for over 60 min are successively repeated a predetermined number of times. The light irradiation with the light irradiation quantity of 100 MJ/m2due to intensive energy xenon is applied for the whole second process 2.
