Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioning system which is effectively applied to a long fibrous reinforcing material used as a member for imparting a seismic strength to a column of a building or a bridge pier by winding it around the outside of the existing concrete structure, and for connecting PCs or structural members with each other. SOLUTION: An end of the long fibrous reinforcing material 1, comprising a core material prepared by binding a plurality of flexible long fibers and a permeable cover material for covering and protecting the core material, is fixed to a fixing part 12 on one side of the structural member 11. The other end of the long fibrous reinforcing material 1 piercing through the structural member 11 is settled on a roller 14-1, having a reverse rotation preventing ratchet 14-2, disposed on the other side of the structural member 11. The long fibrous reinforcing material 1 is tensioned and settled by means of the roller. Thus, the PC facilitates construction and operation of the long fibrous reinforcing material 1 and copes with both of a post-tension system and a pre-tension system. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
