Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum structure in high-rise or skyscraper tabular building. SOLUTION: As the structure applied to the long planar high-rise or skyscraper building in a longitudinal direction, a frame of the longitudinal direction and a frame of an inter-beam direction in a gable end face are constructed as rigid-frame structures 1 and 4. As the frame of the inter-beam direction in a stragetic point except for the gable end face, a composite frame 5 connected by a boundary beam 8 functioning continuous layer earthquake resisting walls 7 provided independently in the structure face as a vibration control damper is employed.
