Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sterilizing cleanser composition having such high bactericidal effect as to be suitable in sterilizingly cleansing medical equipment, water treatment apparatuses, food production machines, etc. SOLUTION: The sterilizing cleanser composition having a specific pH range is obtained by compounding an organic peracid-containing aqueous solution with a persulfate, especially preferably potassium hydrogen persulfate, through dissolving it in the aqueous solution and also including as the stabilizer a non-amino-based phosphonic acid or its salt, especially preferably 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid or its salt, to improve storage stability with time as a product.
