WIRE SPOKE WHEEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fatigue failure of a refraction part and improve the life of a wire spoke. SOLUTION: A wire spoke 1 has a neck part 1a formed by refracting one end part of a wire shaped member, a wire shaped part 1c extending from the neck part through the a refraction part 1b, and a head part 1d expanded than the neck part on the tip end part. The wire spoke 1 is connected to a hub by putting a neck part into a through-hole 22a formed on a flange 22 of a hub 2 and abutting the head part to the surrounding part of the through-hole in the flange. The wire spoke 1 is constituted so as to transmit the tension acting to the wire shaped part to the through-hole in the flange and the surrounding part of the through-hole through the neck part and the head part, and by setting the axial dimension of the neck part and the through-hole so as to abut the refraction part to the end part of the through-hole.
