Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive recording body free from recording irregularity due to sticking and having high transparency. SOLUTION: In the thermosensitive recording body having a thermosensitive recording layer containing a leuco dye and a coloring agent on a transparent film and a protective layer consisting mainly of an aqueous resin on the thermosensitive recording layer, a polyethylene wax obtained by being emulsified and dispersed to a volume average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.4 μm with an anion type silicone-based surfactant is contained in the protective layer.
