SOLUTION: A female screw 94 as a first screw is formed on the peripheral face (namely, an inner peripheral face 93) of a cup supporting portion 78 or a downward recessed portion 91 on the piston side, while a male screw 95 as a second screw to be screwed to the first screw is formed on the peripheral face (namely, an outer peripheral face 111) of a fastening member 71.
