Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool electric parts and mechanical parts having respective different cooling performances. SOLUTION: In the case where refrigerant temperature >100°C, in order to lower refrigerant temperature of a second cooling system 2 having a mechanical part, a first valve 22 is closed, a second and a third valves 31 and 32 are opened, and the refrigerant of the second cooling system 2 is filled in the first cooling system 1. Before opening the second and the third valves 31 and 32, output of a first water pump WP 16 is raised to an output of a second WP 24 or more to raise flowing speed in the first cooling system 1. In a range wherein the refrigerant of the first cooling system 1 and the second cooling system 2 are mixed, even if temperature exceeds a set temperature 60°C of the first cooling system 1, if it is within the cooling capacity of a radiator fan 14, refrigerant at 60°C or less is supplied to an inverter unit 11 and a motor 12 (electric part) in the downstream side of a radiator 13 to surely cool the electric part.
