THERMAL INSULATING SPACE FORMING MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulating space forming member capable of high efficiently insulating a window section or the like of a building by a comparatively simple structure. SOLUTION: The thermal insulating space forming member is so constituted that a film 3 making a movable spacer as a returning section 3C is wound on a take-up mechanism 2, a space (thermal insulating space) SP is formed of an upper fixed spacer 5 and a lower movable spacer 4 in a film 3 and that the volume can be varied by corresponding to lifting and lowering of the movable spacer 4.
