Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation containing one or more kinds of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAID), and useful as an antipyretic, antalgic and antiinflammatory agent having a suppressing or reducing effect on the manifestation of gastrointestinal injury by the NSAID. SOLUTION: This solid preparation comprises a combination of a granules, grain or a tablet containing a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), with granules or grains containing one or more kinds of the nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs (NSAID).
