Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil-in-water type emulsified composition in which a ceramide is emulsified finely and stably in water utilizing the surface-active performance of an amphiphilic polymer. SOLUTION: This oil-in-water type emulsified composition contains the cationic amphiphilic polymer and the ceramide. Preferably, the emulsified composition also contains a water-miscible organic solvent. Further, the following emulsified composition is also included in the category; that is, this composition is obtained by dissolving or dispersing the cationic amphiphilic polymer in the water-miscible organic solvent followed by mixing with the ceramide and then mixing with water.
