METHOD FOR PREPARING PEPTIDIC OR PROTEINIC MEDICAMENT RELEASE CONTROL AGENT AND THE RESULTING RELEASE CONTROL AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a peptidic or proteinic medicament release control agent that enables the medicament to be entirely immobilized in chitosan gel while retaining its activity and has biocompatibility and in vivo degradability, and to provide such a release control agent. SOLUTION: The method comprises dripping an aqueous chitosan solution with the medicament dissolved therein into a metal ion-containing aqueous solution to prepare spherical gel. Release of the medicament can be controlled by controlling the in vivo degradation rate of the spherical gel through regulating the metal ion concentration or chitosan deacetylation degree or the chitosan concentration of the aqueous chitosan solution and further through the concentration of a buffer solution dissolving chitosan.
