FOOD CONTAINER, AND CAP FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container and a cap for the same which ensures a sealability of a spout mouth part and the cap, prevents content from flowing out upon a degradation in sealability when the container is heated, enables a rise in the heating temperature and an enhancement in productivity, and makes unsealing easily recognizable from the appearance. SOLUTION: The food container comprises a storage part 3 to store content, a spout 1 to pour the content stored in the storage part 3 outside, and a cap 2 to cover a mouth part 100 of the spout 1 and suppress flow-out of the content. A sealing part 10 to close the spout mouth part 100 is integrated with the spout 1 via a thin-walled portion 101, an engagement part with the cap 2 is formed in the sealing part 10, the thin-walled portion 101 is broken by unsealing the cap 2 to separate the sealing part 10 from the spout mouth part 100.
