ASSIST GRIP, AND INTERIOR MATERIAL FOR VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH THE ASSIST GRIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle assist grip for which pulling out and the returning of a grip handle are performed by a simple operation without requiring the turning and the holding of a cover lever by an operator. SOLUTION: The tilting of the cover lever 23 by the pushing in of the cover lever 23 is converted into a rotating motion of a guide member 30 for a spring control by one and the other actuating cam assemblies 40-1 and 40-2. By the rotation of the guide member 30 for the spring control, a terminal section 69A for fastening of a spring member 69 for a handle is removed from a spring engaging section 22f of a grip handle 20, and the grip handle 20 is placed under a free state. The grip handle 20 is tilted by its own weight with the tilting fulcrum as a center, and the grip handle 20 is projected to a handle gripping initial position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
