INJECTION FOAM MOLDING METHOD AND FOAMED MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection foam molding method for molding a foamed molded product having a surface free from air bubbles, excellent in appearance and suppressed in the occurrence of a local sink or warpage. SOLUTION: This injection foam molding method includes a process (A) for plasticizing/melting a thermoplastic resin by a resin plasticizing/melting means to dissolve gas in the molten thermoplastic resin, a process (B) for injecting the molten thermoplastic resin after metering the same, a process (C) for suppressing the foaming of the gas by applying pressure to the molten thermoplastic resin in a cavity or redissolving the gas foamed in the molten thermoplastic resin in the molten thermoplastic resin, a process (D) for foaming the gas on the basis of the lowering of pressure in the thermoplastic resin within the cavity caused by the volumetric reduction accompanied by the cooling/solidification of the thermoplastic resin in the cavity and a process (E) for opening a fixed mold part and a movable mold part to take out a foamed molded product.
