Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspender capable of being easily and firmly mounted on a lower flange of a section steel. SOLUTION: An upper part of a suspension bolt 11 is connected with a clamp tool 1 composed of a clamp main body 2 provided with a positioning piece part 5 mounted on an upper face of a supporting piece part 4, and a holding piece part 6 on an upper part of the positioning piece part 5, and a fastening bolt 3 capable of being advanced and retracted to a lower face of the holding piece part 6, and a receiver 21 is mounted on a lower end part of the suspending bolt 11 for supporting the suspended object C. One side part of the lower flange a of the section steel A is inserted between the holding piece part 6 of the clamp main body 2 and the fastening bolt 3, and the flange a is held by the holding piece part 6 having an engagement groove 6a at its lower face, and the fastening bolt 3 to stably mount the suspender.
