Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite synthetic resin composition that hardens while keeping flexibility without pinholes and has excellent durability and good electric properties, since the composite synthetic resin composition has been required to be in the form of paint or caulking suitable for the under-floor provided with wiring for computers, the floors in food processing factories, places that require avoiding rusting and corrosion caused by electrolytic mechanism. SOLUTION: A vinyl ester resin and a polybutadiene rubber are separately combined with the same hardening accelerator and stirred, then individual liquid curing agents are separately added to each mixtures, then these liquid mixtures are combined, stirred and cured to produce the composite synthetic resin composition.
