Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of compatibly enhancing the air-conditioning performance by low pressure losses and simplifying a temperature control mechanism of air to be supplied to a plurality of areas in a cabin. SOLUTION: In the vehicular air-conditioner, a cold air opening 16a for a front seat and a cold air opening 17a for a rear seat are formed in an upper side and a lower side of a heat exchanger for heating, respectively, and a hot air opening 18a is formed between the openings 16a and 17a. One film door 19 moving in the arraying direction of the cold air opening 16a for the front seat, the hot air opening 18a, and the cold air opening 17a for the rear seat is provided.
