DESK AND DESK GROUP, AND SYSTEM OF USING DESK GROUP, AND COMMUNICATION INFORMATION DEVICE STORAGE BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and effort in the wiring work for networking a plurality of personal computers. SOLUTION: A large number of desks 1 on which personal computers are used are arranged to constitute a desk group. A switching hub 14 is detachably mounted on, for example a modesty panel, of one desk 1 (a parent desk) in the desk group. The switching hub 14 is connected to an outer communication connection port 45 of a building with one main communication cable 28'. A connector unit 19 with a lightning protection circuit is integrally mounted on, for example a leg 3, of each desk 1. A communication output cable 43 branched from the switching hub 14 is connected to each connector unit 19 first, and after that, connected to a body of each personal computer via an intermediate communication cable.
