Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry analytical element useful for determining and quantifying a high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC). SOLUTION: The dry analytical element uses a yeast lipase derived from Candida rugosa, wherein the yeast lipase comprises a source of a lipase enzyme which has cholesterol esterase activity of preferentially reacting with a cholesterol ester of HDL more than cholesterol esters of other lipoproteins.
