HOME TERMINAL DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home terminal device capable of real-time control requirement from a user outside of the house to the home terminal device such as a home electric appliance. SOLUTION: An internet terminal 110 related to the invention is constituted of a communication portion 111 to send and receive a local packet generated in a packet generating portion 113 and a response local packet from a server device 200, a cryptography processing portion 112 to encrypt the local packet to be sent and to decrypt the received response local packet, the packet generating portion 113 to generate the local packet, a communication information recording portion 114 to hold a terminal ID to identify the internet terminal 110 and a password, a communication interval adjusting portion 115 to specify the communication interval which is an interval to transmit the local packet to a router 101 side periodically, and a control portion 116 to conduct a control process by transmitting a control information to an objective terminal device.
