COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication controller for surely registering the port of a gateway CP under the control of a gateway IGD and to provide a communication control system, concerning a system where a VoIP gateway apparatus is connected by multistage. SOLUTION: A gate way IGD2, having a function of relaying between a WAN and a LAN where a plurality of gateways CP3a-3n are connected in multistage manner, includes a WAN state monitor part 28 for acquiring a global address from the WAN and reporting the global address to the gateways CP3a-3n; and a port-registering means for registering the port, in response to the registration request of the port requested from the gateways CP3a-3n, when the global address reported from the gateway IGD2 is different from that reported to the gateways CP3a-3n, before the global address reported from the gateway IGD2.
