Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone having the function of an on-vehicle automatic tolling system. SOLUTION: An IC tag that allows communications using narrow-band communication waves and an IC card with the function of electronic money are built into the cellular phone. When a roadside device reads vehicle information for identification of a vehicle and sends fee information by communicating with the IC tag, a program automatically reads information on the IC tag and connects to the IC card for payment of the fee.
